Rules: so-called maize starch, modified corn starch, and food starch all qualify (the latter is sometimes potato, but usually corn, and you can never tell from the label). Other corn derivatives like
corn syrup, dextrose, etc, are NOT counted because I'm only sensitive to some of them and therefore might miss the others in labels, but rest assured, America has a fetish for all of them too! It's so fucking bad here, folks. Good luck.
