no returning NPCs like Bully J. Wug, when you exclude those how many can you remember??? Sure, you might say Fenris Wolf, or maybe even Cherry Wood. If you're really impressive you might even say Madame Juno Paonne, maybe even Lord Ashton Aerouant. But do you remember Eilmund??? or Gloria??? No? Of course you don't cause I didn't even fucking remember them till I looked at my notes. Most NPCs are simply not that memorable, we've had too many oneshots, with too many NPCs. But settings?
