The forest takes on what your peaceful ideal forest would look like in your dreams/head, and you get your own place dubbed "your escape". Whatever you want is there, including an endless supply of food and water. You're basically stuck in the same state your body was in when you were asleep before, and you're stuck in your current age for eternity, forever living in that peaceful state until time breaks. You have no way to contact your friends, no way to contact the internet, nothing. Stuck in a peaceful state until time eventually fades away.
